Brain-based organizational growth

Harness my signature neuroscience-based UNITING process to develop and implement organizational initiatives.

This process can be applied at a comprehensive scope across an organization as a whole, such as updating an equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy. Or, it can be applied at a specific scope, such as revising a hiring process or developing a new training program.

I’ll guide you through the whole process from establishing objectives and comprehensive needs assessment all the way to change implementation and ongoing monitoring. Or, I’ll come in for a specific area where your team most needs external support, such as employee experience data collection or collaborative action plan development.

Whether we work together for a full process or specific area, my approach is personalized to your organization’s size, structure, sector, field of work, and other factors relevant to your context. See the frequently asked questions for more details.

What happens in each stage of the UNITING process?

  • The length of time needed for each stage varies greatly between contexts. Factors including the scope of the process application, size of the organization, and internal approval processes have major impacts on timelines.

Customized timelines are developed collaboratively with clients, taking into account organization-specific contexts, needs, and objectives.

In addition, the last Grow stage includes ongoing monitoring with adjustment and expansion of actions over time. While our work together may have a set end date, I strive to set a foundation where you continue to Grow long-term.

  • No.

While I take care to stay informed of relevant compliance contexts, I do not provide any legal information or advice. Please ensure to consult with your organization’s legal team as needed.

  • No, I do not administer personality tests during my training or consulting.

In contexts where individuals describe themselves and their work styles, strengths, and needs, I encourage everyone to use their own words. I offer action-oriented prompts (e.g., I work best when…), scenarios, and word banks to spark reflection.

  • I work with organizations of any size and tailor the process accordingly.

I have consulted for smaller organizations with fewer than 20 employees as well as larger organizations with over 1500 members.

  • I’m based in Montreal, Canada, with experience working with clients in multiple locations in Canada and the United States.

My work is informed by an extensive body of research that includes studies and resources from across the world, from different countries and cultures. While all humans have brains and brain science is relevant for everyone, societal and organizational cultures vary across locations. I deeply acknowledge the importance of culturally-relevant organizational support, and am therefore transparent regarding my geographical scope of experience. I’m very open to international collaborations: feel free to contact me if you’re curious to see how we could work together.
